The neoHub G3 is the third-generation smart heating gateway at the heart of the Heatmiser neo control system, connecting your neoStat thermostats, neoFlo radiator valve heads, neoPlug smart sockets and wireless sensors into a single unified platform, controlled from anywhere via the free neoApp on iOS or Android.

Without a hub, a neoStat is a good local programmable thermostat. With one, it becomes part of a system — which is the point of buying into Neo at all. The neoHub G3 connects to your home broadband router and wirelessly to the neoStats in your home. No special computer knowledge is required: plug into your router, create a free account via the Neo app, and take control of your heating, hot water and appliances from anywhere.

⚠️ Note on the Wireless Air Sensor: the Heatmiser Wireless Air Sensor is supported by the neoHub G2 only and is not supported on the G3. If you rely on wireless air sensors, check before upgrading.
